i’m verónica lillo-Roith.

I’m a trusted advisor and coach with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing strategies across technology, leadership, and organizational transformation.

My work focuses on helping people navigate complexity, change, and life-impacting decisions with greater clarity, awareness, and trust.

In my role as Head of Web Services for Siemens in Spain, I was part of building a business generating 30 million EUR in annual revenue. I later coordinated and defined IT investment strategy for Siemens Industry in Germany, helping steer investments of around 70 million EUR per year.

After that, I became a coach, consultant, and trusted advisor to the Senior Vice President of a healthcare company with annual revenues of 14 billion EUR.

I originally studied Business Administration before deciding to follow a different path and study Arabic Philology at university instead, driven more by curiosity and the desire to explore beyond conventional expectations.

I’m also the mother of two beautiful daughters, and I work fluently in German, English, and Spanish.

That’s the part most people see first - the visible part of my story.

But there’s another Verónica beyond the visible roles, titles, and achievements. The part that became increasingly interested in what happens beneath the surface: in people, systems, relationships, leadership, and the patterns that quietly shape how we live and work.

I’m deeply interested in what happens beneath the surface: in people, leadership, relationships, and the patterns shaping how we live and work.

I care deeply about creating environments where people can slow down enough to truly listen, reflect, and reconnect - with themselves, with each other, and with what is actually needed.

Over the years, I’ve become increasingly interested in what happens beneath the surface:
the dynamics people don’t name,
the tensions carried silently,
the assumptions shaping decisions,
and the invisible patterns influencing how people lead, collaborate, and relate.

One of my greatest strengths is creating spaces where people feel grounded enough to speak honestly, think clearly, and trust one another - even across different backgrounds, perspectives, roles, and experiences.

Again and again, I’ve seen how much becomes possible when people feel safe enough to bring their full perspective into the room and engage with each other beyond performance, status, or defensiveness.

This is also what continues to shape my broader work and initiatives:
creating more conscious, human, and regenerative ways of leading, collaborating, and shaping the future together.

I don’t believe in a world that rewards people for becoming disconnected from themselves, from each other, or from the impact of their actions.

Over time, it’s become increasingly clearer that many of the challenges we face - personally, organizationally, and collectively - are deeply connected to the way we relate to ourselves, to others, and to life itself.

Much of my energy goes toward creating more conscious, compassionate, and pluralistic spaces where people can think, communicate, and collaborate beyond fear, defensiveness, and binary thinking.

And I don’t talk sustainability.
I rather focus on regeneration:
in our ability to create more life, more connection, more clarity, and more possibility by reconnecting with what truly matters.

I also care deeply about the understanding that everyone of us carries a piece of truth.
And when we are willing to see, acknowledge, and combine those different perspectives, new possibilities emerge - including possibilities that once seemed impossible.

That understanding continues to shape the spaces I create, the way I work, and the kinds of conversations I care about bringing into the world.

THE WORLD DOES NOT NEED MORE PERFORMANCE

It needs people who can think clearly and stay connected to what truly matters - even in times of pressure, complexity, and change.

Clarity begins with seeing clearly what is actually happening.
